There is something beautiful about woodworking. So much lost experience from generation to generation, like any trade. So immersion is very important, and momentum follows.
I also happen to love music, cooking and birds, so my immediate interests reflect this. From cigar box guitars (CBG’s) that I electrify and personalize, to cutting boards, pizza peels, spoons (horrible ROI – lol) and various birdhouses, owl-houses.
